The Glyders, or Glyderau mountain range in Snowdonia are one of the most exciting mountain area in Britain. The route starts from the grand setting of the Ogwen Valley. The scramble up and over Tryfan gives endless exposure and hands on fun. On the summits of Tryfan you will find Adam and Eve and The Cannon whilsts on Glyder Fach and Glyder Fawr you will find the fascinating Cantilever Stone and the amazing Castell y Gwynt.
