Hill/ Mountain Walking – Join a qualified instructor on a guided mountain walk in either Snowdonia or Lake District National Park. We will accommodate your needs and set appropriate challenges to make your day the most beneficial and enjoyable it can be. Please note, we are able to take 10 participants to each instructor.

Mountain Challenge - Join us on the many challenges that the UK National Parks have to offer. Whether it be the Yorkshire 3 Peak Challenge or the National 3 Peak Challenge we will be with you all the way.

Rock Climbing – Want to try something new, conquer your fears or fulfil your adrenaline needs? Whatever your motivation, we are sure you will have a fantastic experience with one of our qualified rock climbing instructors. Our sessions are run across the North West at a number of outdoor venues. Adults and Children welcome!

Lake District & Snowdonia Adventure Weekends - In the summer of 2017 Summit Sport & OE will be encouraging people to leave the towns and cities behind and come to visit the beautiful National Parks of England and Wales. For a whole weekend we will be running Adventure Training including mountain walking, rock climbing and abseiling experiences. The weekend will be both a stress relieving and enjoyable atmosphere whilst also providing you with an opportunity to learn some practical and theoretical knowledge regarding the activities you will undertake. These weekends are sure to be huge amounts of fun and we would love you to join us!

Footy Factory Camp - When schools out, we get the footy boots on and keep your child physically active and engaged with the beautiful game. Skills, drills and plenty of thrills during the week to promote enjoyment and a place to try out need things on the pitch. The camp takes place at either Longton Lane, Rainhill, St Michael with St Thomas, Hough Green or Queens Park Primary School, St Helens and we have various dates for you to choose from.

The Peak District - The Peak District is an upland area in England, most of which lies in northern Derbyshire but also includes parts of Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Staffordshire and Yorkshire. With lots of climbing venues on offer with stunning backdrops, you will definitely feel close to the outdoors in this beautiful setting. Examples of venues on offer: Windgather Rocks, The Roaches and Stanage.

Chorley and Lancashire – This area has plenty to offer and if one of the crags or quarries is busy it’s easy to change locations to ensure a smooth and successful day. Climbing routes are plentiful and suitable for all levels of ability. Examples of venues on offer: Denham Quarry, Anglezarke Quarry and Cadshaw Castle Rocks.

Merseyside & Wirral - Within a close distance and offers some fantastic opportunities for climbing. Examples include: Irby Quarry and Pex Hill.

Yorkshire 3 Peak Challenge - The Yorkshire Three Peaks is an awesome one-day challenge. The challenge is simple, well kind of, walking the three highest peaks in the Yorkshire Dales (25-mile walk) in under 12 hours. On this nationaly recognised walk you will summit the peaks of Pen-y-ghent (691m), Whernside (728m) and Ingleborough (723m) while enjoying some fantastic Yorkshire scenery.

National 3 Peak Challenge - The Three Peaks Challenge is an attempt to climb the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales in 'one go'. These peaks are Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England, and Snowdon in Wales. This is a tough and demanding event that will test your physical and mental strength. People participating should have the necessary fitness and also be prepared to go without sleep! We aim to complete the event in 24 hours.

Snowdonia - Snowdonia is a region in northwest Wales and home to extensive network of trails, over 100 lakes and craggy peaks like Glyder Fach/Fawr and Tryfan. Standing proud above the rest is Wales's highest mountain, Mount Snowdon, offering amazing views of the Snowdon Horseshoe and across the sea to Ireland. Which mountain will you conquer?

Lake District - The Lake District, a region and national park in northwest England, is a popular holiday destination and outdoor venue for mountaineering and climbing. With lots of choice and stunning scenery in the Lake District, we are positive you won’t be disappointed!
